The top plate has Boogie Monster Bog dip (green one made with broccoli and peas--not a hit), hummus (pink one made with beets added--not a hit either), pretzel sticks, and homemade crackers. For the crackers we cut leaves, pumpkins, acorns and other fall/Halloween shapes out of won ton wrappers and baked with Parmesan cheese on top. Those were a hit. On the bottom plates, we have turkey bagel sandwiches, pumpkin chocolate chip muffins, and cranberry sauce leaves. We cut the leaves using the same cookie cutters mentioned above. The paper muffin cups and the cookie cutters were bought last year on clearance and saved until today. Made it rather festive didn't it? I was quite proud of the end result and the best part was all the time spent with my girls in the kitchen. Check out more muffin tin madness at HCO!
